Great food, wonderful service! My first time getting some perch fish in 15 years!!!

My fish was fresh and delicious! 5 stars!

Best catfish I ever tasted in my life!

Customer service is absolutely horrendous..! Went in to order a pantrout sandwich and a pantrout plate with cajun rice. After paying, I return to receive 2 pantrout sandwiches and no cajun rice. Once I explained to the cashier that my order was incorrect, she said that I received what I ordered and was borderline combative in her tone. The fish was good, but fries were soggy and full of grease. I wasn't gonna show out over those few dollars, but I'll NEVER spend a dime at Martin's again..!

Great quality and quantity for the price. Flounder fried hard and fried green tomatoes were delicious. Can't wait to go back again.

The catfish and trout was great but they had the nastiest Rice i ever had it says dirty rice i was mop water nasty

My wife came home and said she wanted fish and was adamant about trying Martin's Fish House and to say it wasn't good is an understatement. The fish was soft and unseasoned! The fried corn on the cob was just dipped in unseasoned batter and fried! Harvey's Fish Hut is still numero UNO and it's gone be awfully hard to knock them off the top!!!!

Too long of a wait

Bad Customer Service! First time visiting as I was sent here by my boss to order food for our dental staff. I sashayed into the business with my lime green Gaddis Family Dentistry shirt ready to eat some seafood! I proceeded to order 3 Catfish plates, 1 Shrimp plate, 1 Ocean Perch plate & a Large order of Fried Green Tomatoes. This came up to almost $90.00 Everything ALMOST came out correctly -EXCEPT there was no SHRIMP to be found! 😳 After waiting 30 minutes for our food, We expected everything to be perfect I took the plate marked shrimp back inside to show that there was fish in there instead. To save time I offered to just keep the plate and take the difference in money between a fish plate and shrimp plate which was $4.09, but they were adamant about fixing the order by giving us the shrimp that we ordered. I initially tried to give the cashier back the $4.09 but was told to keep it. As I was waiting on the shrimp a lady came out of the back(possibly the owner) & told me nastily that I need To give the $4.09 back. I told her that was not a problem & the only reason I kept it was because the cashier told me to. She also insinuated that we did in fact get the shrimp and replaced it with the fish. I was shocked. Didn’t even get a chance to taste the food yet but the customer service left a horrible taste in my mouth.

The fish wasn't hot out of the grease when i got but it was on the warm side. The assistant gave me spaghetti at first but they replaced the food with the quickness. I did not have to wait since this was a call in order
